In this, regard we i Agri-Choice Foods Pvt Ltd, Mysore, India, have produced a white, high protein, high volume expansion, soft rice with low glycemic Index GI (55%) . The thermic, green, technology converts high GI rice to lower one within 3 days. Technology is available for IRRI with conditions.
